Touch Sarum aka Vot, was born in 1938, in Chum Rehpean sub-district, Samraong district, Takeo province. He joined revolutionary army in 1965, and in 1970, he became a member of a secret organation. On May 26, 1972, he was promoted as a party member. Before he was mid petty bourgeoisie, but now he is a common people of revolutionary Angkar, farming field. He had good communication, no relation with enemy, honest, obedien, and highly responsible for all work. But his weak point was absent minded and not wise.
ទូច សារុំ ហោ វុត កើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៣៨ នៅឃុំជំរេះពាន ស្រុក សំរោង ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥ ជាប់ជាអង្គការ សម្ងាត់នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ចូលបក្សជននៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧២។ វណ្ណភាពដើមជាអនុធនកណ្ដាល បច្ចុប្បន្នជាប្រជាជនក្នុងអង្គការ បដិវត្ដន៍ផ្នែកកសិដ្ឋាន។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនមានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អគ្មានពាក់ព័ន្ធខ្មាំង ស្មោះត្រង់គោរពវិន័យអង្គការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ គ្រប់ការងារតែមាន ចំណុចខ្សោយ គឺឆាប់ភេ្លចមិនវាងវៃ។
