San Dim, working at political company of division 310, confessed that Oeun, soldier of division 310, was a network of him and was a hidden network who had been recruited in division 310. In December 1976, Dim led Oeun to cause trouble by shooting 2 times at Russei Keo location in order to make turmoil in Phnom Penh and to defame the party's influence.
សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ ថា អឿន ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់បង្កប់នៅកងពល ៣១០ យូរមកហើយ ហើយជាខ្សែ ចាត់តាំងរបស់វា។ នៅខែ១២ ១៩៧៦វាបានដឹកនាំ អឿនទៅបាញ់ នៅម្ដុំប្ញស្សីកែវ ២ដង ក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើអោយភ្នំពេញ មានការជ្រួលច្របល់ និងធ្វើអោយខូចទ្ធិពលបក្ស។
