Tet Sovan aka Tim, was born in October 19, 1945, in Chres sub-district, Kampong Tralach district, Kampong Chhang province, and he was a teacher. In 1966, he enlisted in an investigated action and in January 05, 1974, this person was a main party member, presently, Tet Sovan, worked for Children center. He had good relation with Angkar, followed Angkar's displine, no relation with the enemy, active person and sometime talkative.
ទិត សុវណ្ណ ហៅ ទឹម កើតថ្ងៃទី១៩-តុលា-១៩៤៥ នៅឃុំចេ្រស ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ធ្វើគ្រូបង្រៀន។ បានចូលបដិវត្ដន៍ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៦ ចូលអង្គការសម្ងាត់នៅថ្ងៃទី៥-មករា-១៩៧៤ ជា បង្គោលបក្ស។ បច្ចុប្បន្នធ្វើការនៅមន្ទីរកុមារ សុវណ្ណ មានទំនាក់ទំនង ល្អគ្មានពាក់ព័ន្ធខ្មាំង គោរពវិន័យអង្គការដាច់ខាតជាមួយខ្មាំងសម្រុក ការងារ តែមានទម្លាប់និយាយច្រើនតក់ក្រហល់។
