Snguon Chhoeun was arrested by Vihear Sour national troop on August-14-1974, in suspect of being enemy's agent. The person was evacuated to Bakdav village and there he became combatant in K1, Kh2, K15. The person was assigned to carry food and corpse. He and his family escaped to Khnol Rorka village, because could not cope with the hardship that enemy gave them. In Khnol Rorka village, the person was arrested.
ស្លួន ឈឿន ត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិវិហារសួគ៌ចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅថ្ងៃ១៤-សីហា-១៩៧៤ ដោយចោទពីបទថាធ្វើជាភ្នាក់ងារខ្មាំង។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនត្រូវបាន ខ្មាំងកៀរឱ្យទៅធ្វើទ័ពនៅភូមិបាក់ដាវមានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅក១, ខ២, គ១៥។ តាំងពីបានធ្វើជាទ័ពមកគេបញ្ជាឱ្យសែងខ្មោច និងរែកបាយឱ្យ កងទ័ពតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ដោយទ្រាំទ្រនឹងការលំបាកមិនបានក៍នាំគ្រួសារ រត់ ហើយមករកស៊ីនៅភូមិខ្នុររការរហូតដល់កងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួន។
