Say Keu aka Preap was, 38 years old, was born in Kor village, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. Say Keu was a teacher, and he joint the revolution in 1968. In February 1973, the person was a main member of investigating Angkar. Say Keu is a gentle, freindly and active person but impatient.
សាយ គឺ ហៅ ព្រាប អាយុ ៣៨ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិគរ ព្រៃឈរ កំពង់ចាម ធ្វើជាគ្រូបង្រៀន។ បានចូលបដិវតន៍្ដនៅចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨, ចូលអង្គការសម្ងាត់នៅខែកុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៣ ជាសមាជិកបង្គោល។ បច្ចុបប្បន្នធ្វើជាកម្មកររោងចក្រទឹកភូមិព្រែក។ មានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ គោរពវិន័យអង្គការរាបសារបដិវត្ដន៍ សម្រុកការងារតែនៅមាន ចិត្ដឆេវឆាវ។
