Say Mengly, financial chief of Prey Veng province, bailed Yem Chantha who had been arrested holding illegal paper. Chantha used these paper to secure his goods while traveling into enemy's region.
សាយ ម៉េងលី ជានាយក្រុមហិរញ្ញវត្ថុខេត្ដព្រៃវែងបានសុំធានា ឈ្មោះយ៉ែម ចន្ថាដែលបានចាប់ពីបញ្ហាកាន់ក្រដាសស្នាមច្រើន។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនប្រើប្រាស់របស់ទាំងនោះគឺគ្រាន់តែសម្រាប់សម្រួលក្នុងការ ប្រកបរបរអាជីវកម្មជំនួញដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដនៅក្នុងតំបន់កាន់កាប់របស់ ខ្មាំងតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
