Ma Meng Kheang aka Mon, was born on January 18, 1948, in Sambo village, Sambo district, Kratie province. In 1965, he served revolution then he formed a secret organization in May 1967, and on November 25, 1970, he became a party member. Before he was a mid-petty bourgeoisie (final grade student) nowadays he is an electricity worker. He had good relationship, worked without complain, abided by assignment and always stood at revolutionary side. However, he is not headed lowly creative and imprisoned for 10 months.
ម៉ា ម៉េងឃាង ហៅ ម៉ុន កើតនៅភូមិសំបូរ ស្រុកសំបូរ ខេត្ដក្រចេះ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨-មករា-១៩៤៨។ ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍នៅខែមិថុនា-១៩៦៥, ចូលអង្គការសម្ងាត់នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩-ឧសភា-១៩៦៧, ចូលបក្សជននៅ ថ្ងៃទី២៥-ឧសភា-១៩៧០។ មានវណ្ណភាពដើម ជាអនុធនកណ្ដាល សិស្សថ្នាក់ទីបព្ចាប់ បច្ចុប្បន្នជាកម្មករអគ្គីសនី។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនមានទំនាក់ ទំនងល្អជាមួយមជ្ឈដ្ឋានអ្នកបដិវត្ដន៍, ចេះទទួលខុសត្រូវបំពេញភារកិច្ច ឥតលក្ខ័ខណ័្ឌ, គោរពការចាត់តាំងឈរខាងបដិវត្ដន៍ជានិច្ចតែមាន ចិត្ដឆេវឆាវការច្នៃប្រឌិតនៅទាប ហើយធ្លាប់ជាប់គុក១០ខែផង។
