We, the worker in Phnom Penh, have suffered from starvation for one week. However, Phnom Penh authority did not only family ignore our problem but also forced inhabitants to join the army as if they were prisoner . Our will suffer to death, if they force us in this situation. We plege to struggle for food, despite the obstacle made by the authority. we appeal for moral and physical support from pupil, student, monk and soldier or they can actively struggle with us.
យើងខ្ញុំជាកម្មករក្រុងភ្នំពេញត្រូវអត់បាយដាច់ពោះអស់ពេលជាង មួយអាទិត្យមកហើយ។ ពួកកាន់អំណាចនៅភ្នំពេញគ្មានដោះស្រាយ និងគ្មានគិតគូអី្វទាល់តែសោះ។ មិនត្រឹមតែមិនដោះស្រាយទេ ពួកកាន់អំណាចនៅភ្នំពេញបានកៀរបង្ខំឱ្យធ្វើទាហានដូចជាអ្នកមានទោស។ យើងខ្ញុំអត់បាយចាប់ឱ្យធ្វើទាហានទៀត តើគ្រួសារ«ពុកម្ដាយប្រពន្ធកូន មិនរិតតែឆាប់ស្លាប់ដោយក្រៀមក្រពះ ទេឬអី? ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្ថានភាព អត់បាយដាច់ពោះយ៉ាងនេះយើងខ្ញុំជាកម្មករបេជ្ញាចិត្ដតស៊ូគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាក្រពះនេះ ទោះត្រូវជួបឧបសគ្គដោយសារពួកកាន់អំណាច ក៍ដោយយើងខ្ញុំកម្មករសូម អំពាវនាវដល់សិស្សនិសិ្សត ព្រះសង្ឃ ទាហានដែលត្រូវចោទពីបញ្ហាក្រពះសូមជួយគាំទ្រដល់ការតស៊ូរបស់យើងខ្ញុំតាមគ្រប់រូបភាពទាំងផ្លូវកាយ និងផ្លូវចិត ្ដរហូតដល់ចូលរួមតស៊ូយ៉ាង សកម្មជាមួយយើងខ្ញុំ។
