Miech Kan aka Mao Saroeun was evacuated from his homland to Khnol Rorka village and was forced to be village militia. The person was assigned to carry food and ammunition for soldier, during fighting. However, the person was arrested by national troop on August-15-1974.
មៀច កន ហៅ ម៉ៅ សារឿន ត្រូវខ្មាំងកៀរចេញពីភូមិកំណើត ទៅនៅភូមិខ្នុរការ ហើយចាប់បង្ខំឱ្យធ្វើកងឈ្លបប្រចាំភូមិ។ ពេលខ្មាំងត្រូវ ការវាយកងទ័ពនៅកន្លែងណាមួយម្ដងៗខ្មាំងបានតម្រូវឱ្យសាម៉ីខ្លួនសែង បាយ ឬសែងគ្រាប់ឱ្យកងទ័ព។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួនពេល កំពុងទទួលទានបាយនៅថ្ងៃ១៥-សីហា-១៩៧៤។
