Name list of materials sponsoring to Cambodia which were brought in April 1976, included air forces materials, radio ammunication regiment materials, cannon regiment materials Based on the military assistance agreement, in April, they delivered military weapons to Cambodia which weighted 2,000 tons. In early April, these materials began to store in a ''Chhang Ming'' transporting ship at Chan Cheang port.
តារាងឈ្មោះសម្ភារដែលជាជំនួយដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលដឹកមកនៅ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ មានៈ សម្ភារផ្នែកទ័ពអាកាស, សម្ភារផ្នែកកង វរៈសេនាធំវិទ្យុទាក់ទង, និងសម្ភារផ្នែកកងវរៈសេនាធំ កាំភ្លើងធំ។ តាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងជំនួយយោធាក្នុងខែមេសា នេះនឹងដឹកនាំព្រម ទាំងប្រគល់ទាំងសម្ភារយោធាមួយចំនួនមកកម្ពុជា ដែលមានទម្ងន់ ទាំងអស់ប្រហែល ២,០០០តោន, ខ្នាតប្រហែល ១០,០០០ម៉ែត្រ ត្រីកោណ។ ដើមខែមេសា សម្ភារទាំងនោះ ចាប់ផ្ដើមដាក់នាវាដឹក ទំនិញឈ្មោះ «ឆាងមឹង» នៅកំពង់ផែ ចានជាង។
