On February 16, 1976, the chief of Chantrea district reported that Vietnam cheated Khmer-Vietnamese border posts in Chantrea district at two points: One at Daun Tey village, East of Samrong commune, and they moved in 500 metres and another at Ta Luk village, North of Bevet commune, and they moved in 500 metres too. We would like comander of battalion to Know about this problems.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកុម្ភ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ គណៈស្រុកចន្ទ្រាបានរាយការណ៍ ថា ពួកវៀតណាមលួចបង្ខិតបង្គោលព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម ចូល មកស្រុកចន្ទ្រាចំនួន២កន្លែងៈ ត្រង់ចំណុចភូមិដូនទៃខាងកើត ឃុំសំរោង វាបង្ខិតចូល៥០០ម៉ែត្រ។ ចំណុចភូមិតាឡុកខាងជើង ឃុំបាវិត វាបង្ខិតឱ្យចូល៥០០ម៉ែត្រដែរ។ សូមគណៈអង្គភាពវរៈសេនាតូចភូមិ ភាគជ្រាបជាព័ត៌មាន។
