According to the committee announcement in July 1975, cadres of the party who was a chief of Regiment, Battalion, Company, Platoon and Group, had to join in a staff course which was held on Nomvember 12, 1975. There were 363 cadidates joined in the course and another 20 people were an organiser.
យោងទៅតាមសេចក្ដីសមេ្រចចិត្ដរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការ ថ្ងៃទី៧ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យមិត្ដដែលជាកម្មាភិបាលបក្ស ចាប់ពីថ្នាក់ កងពលវរៈសេនាធំ វរៈសេនាតូច អនុសេនាធំ និងអនុសេនាតូច និង ក្រុមត្រូវទៅចូលរៀនវគ្គសេនាធិការ នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ដែលមានចំនួនទាំងអស់៣៦៣នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវ សិក្ខាកាមចំនួន២០នាក់។
