After receiving a message on November 9-10, 1975, Angkar's Khmer Rouge had sent a reply to their Comrade which stated three main points: 1. Getting on information clearly, 2. Oranging military forces to attack the enemy's troop by gethering harmed forces for Zone, Region and district as a main force..., and supporting geoup organized later on 3. Controlling on a political posibility of the opposition leader.
ក្រោយពីបានទទួលសារទូរលេខមួយនៅថ្ងៃទី៩-១០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ហើយអង្គការខ្មែរក្រហមបានធ្វើលិខិតឆ្លើយតបសមមិត្ដ របស់គេដោយសង្កត់ធ្ងន់នៅចំណុចសំខាន់ៗ៣ គឺៈ ១- សូមឱ្យក្ដាប់ សភាពការណ៍ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់។ ២- ត្រៀមកម្លាំងយោធាដោយ យកកម្លាំងយោធាដែលនៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានជាសំខាន់បំផុត ទាំងកម្លាំងភាគ តំបន់ និងស្រុក ដើម្បីវាយខ្មាំង។ ឯកម្លាំងខាងក្រោយចាំពេល ក្រោយ។ ៣- ភាគរយពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពខាង ផ្លូវនយោបាយជាពិសេស ពួកអាមេបា ដើម្បីតវ៉ាវាខាងផ្លូវនយោបាយ។
