On September 03, 1973, at 6 pm, Vinh Thi Tho, a Vietnamese nurse, was arrested by women soldiers at Kampong Chhang near Prek Seh. In [his or her] boat, there were 7 people under the command of Ngok who was shot to death in water by marine forces.
វិញ ធីធូ ជាតិយួន ជាគិលាននុបដ្ឋាយិកា ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពនារីខ្មែរ នៅកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅព្រែកសែ ប្រហែលជាម៉ោង១៦ថ្ងៃ០៣ ខែកញ្ញា ១៩៧៣។ ក្នុងទូកមានគ្នា៧នាក់ ឈ្មោះង៉ុក ជាមេ តែ ត្រូវទាហានម៉ារីនបាញ់ស្លាប់ក្នុងទឹក។
