Choek Kry was arrested on October 19, 1971 by Battalion 354 for serving Viet Cong as a cadre.
The arrested person confessed that he served Viet Cong when he was in Brigade 1, but he denied this confession at the second Bureau of General Staff by saying that he was forced to make a confession. ចឹក គ្រី ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ដោយកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៣៥៤ ពីបទបម្រើយួនយៀកកុងខាងជើង ដោយមានឋានះជាកម្មាភិបាល។ សាមុីខ្លួនបានសារភាពថា បានធ្វើការឱ្យយៀកកុងមែន កាលពីនៅកងពលតូចលេខ១ តែមកដល់ ក២ អគសក សាមុីខ្លួនបដិសេធចម្លើយនៅកងពលតូច១ ដោយសំអាងថា មានការធ្វើ បាបក្នុងការសួរចម្លើយ។
