On February 05, 1972, about 20 Yuon Viet Congs, equipped with guns and hand grenades, came to spy on National Armed Forces at Prek Ho bridge and Ampoeu Prey village at VT 909-617 in Chaeng Keb sub-district, Kandal province. They then withdrew from this region and moved toward Toek Noem village at VT 901-597 in Santaok sub-district. Agent 225 reported that most of the enemies deployed in villages in Santaok sub-district, Ampoeu Prey sub-district, Trea sub-district, Prek Roka sub-district office and Stung Meanchey radio staion.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានទ័ពយួនយៀកកុង២០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ និងគ្រាប់បែកមួយចំនួនបានចូលមកយកការណ៍ នៅភូមិអំពៅព្រៃ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៩០៩-៦១៧ ឃុំជើងកែប និងបាន ចូលមកយកការណ៍ពីចំនួនពលទាហានជាតិ ដែលកំពុងតែប្រចាំការនៅ ស្ពានព្រែកហូរ។ បន្ទាប់មកពួកខ្មាំងទាំង២០នាក់ ក៏ចេញទៅវិញ ហើយបានបញ្ជាឱ្យទ័ពយួនយៀកកុងគ្នាវាដកថយពីទីនោះ (ស្ពានព្រែក ហូរ) មកនៅភូមិទឹកនឹម ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៩០១-៥៩៧ ឃុំសណ្ដោក ជាកន្លែងដើមដែលពួកវាធ្លាប់ស្នាក់នៅវិញ។ ភ្នាក់ងារ២២៥ បានបន្ដទៀតថា មានកងទ័ពខ្មាំងជាច្រើននាក់ បានមករាយគ្នាពាសពេញ ភូមិនានា ក្នុងទូទាំងឃុំសណ្ដោក, ឃុំអំពៅព្រៃ ឃុំទ្រា ឃុំព្រែករកា ដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយប្រហារសាលាស្រុកដង្កោ និងប៉ុស្ដិ៍វិទ្យុស្ទឹងមានជ័យ។
