On January 31, 1972, about 1,500 North Yuon Viet Congs equipped with various departed from Phnom Bat Noem village on 20 elephants. They then came to build up strong headquarters from VT 360-314 to VT 366-314, located Pang base of a mountain in Phong sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង ប្រហែល១៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុនព្រមទាំងមានដំរី ២០ក្បាលទៀត បានចេញពីភូមិបាតនឹម ក្នុងអនុខេត្ដស្រកានាគ មក តាំងមូលដ្ឋានយ៉ាងមាំនៅតាមជើងភ្នំពាំង ចាប់ពីវ៉េតេ ៣៦០-៣១៤ រហូតដល់វ៉េតេ ៣៦៦-៣១៤ ឃុំផុង ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
