On February 02, 1972, about 1,000 Yuon-Khmer Viet Cong Armed Forces, including 400 Yuons equipped with 6 (82mm) heavy artilleries, 4 (65mm) mortars and 40 B40 guns positioned themselves at VT 465-447 in Chek village, Chor Cheb sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ បានពួកខ្មែរយៀកកុង និងយួន យៀកកុងប្រហែល១០០០នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានយួនយៀកកុង៤០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ជាពិសេសមានកាំភ្លើង៨២ម.ម ៦ដើម, ៦៥ ម.ម ៤ដើម, បេ៤០ ចំនួន៤០ដើម បានមកតាំង ជម្រកនៅក្នុងភូមិចេក ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៤៦៥-៤៤៧ ក្នុងឃុំចចិប ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
