Phann Sovan served enemy forces as a farmer in Prey Sniet village, Mesang district, Prey Veng province. He used to study military strategy and tactics with enemy. The fight was to liberate the country from America. He and other two or three people were sent to scout before they attacked. The amount of the troops about 2,000. The commander of Kh-20 were Song Sem and Sarin Sourng, gang Ng-192 were Nat Sophat and Sa Rat, and there were 60 women in gang Ng-192. He defected to the society at Phmar Kor, Koh Rokar
ឈ្មោះនេះចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងនៅភូមិព្រៃស្នៀត ស្រុកមេសាង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង មុខរបរធ្វើស្រែចំការ។ ធ្លាប់បានរៀនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ និងយុទ្ធវិធីជាមួយខ្មាំង។ ផ្នែកខាងសង្គ្រាម ប្រជាជនត្រូវវាយរំដោះ ទឹកដីឱ្យប្រជាជន កុំឱ្យអាមេរិកកាំងយកទឹកដី។ មុនទៅវាយកន្លែងណាវាបានឱ្យឈ្មោះនេះទៅយកការ ជា ចុនលីន ដោយឈ្មោះ សុង សែម, សារិន សួង, ក្រុមង-១៩២ ឈ្មោះ ណាត សូផាត, សារាត់ ហើយស្រីៗនៅក្នុងង-១៩២ មានចំនួន៦០នាក់។ ហើយឈ្មោះ នេះបានចូលសារភាពនៅថ្មគរ កោះរលក។
