Prach Thean was arrested on March 2, 1971 when he returned from a rice mill.
The arrested person confessed that Viet Cong had appointed Chun and Soeun as chief and deputy chief of a village. Both of them were responsible for collecting rice and money from villagers for Viet Cong and Viet Cong Khmers. He also said that he never served Viet cong, but worked on a farm and as a rice mill worker. ប្រាជ ធាន ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ ក្នុងពេលដែលវាត្រឡប់ទៅរោងម៉ាស៊ីនវិញ។ សាម៉ីជនបាន ឆ្លើយថាយៀកកុង បានតែងតាំងឈ្មោះ ជុន ឱ្យធ្វើប្រធានភូមិ ហើយ សឿង ជាអនុប្រធាន ទាំងពីរនាក់ទទួលបន្ទុកប្រមូលស្រូវ និងប្រាក់ពី អ្នកភូមិយកទៅឱ្យពួកយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង។ សាមុីខ្លួនបាន ឆ្លើយទៀតថា ខ្លួនមិនដែលបម្រើខ្មាំងខាងលើទេ ធ្វើតែស្រែហើយ ធ្វើកម្មករនៅរោងម៉ាស៊ីនកិនស្រូវក្រោយពីច្រូតកាត់ហើយ។
