Ma Men, a 14-year-old soldier was arrested by national army on July 7, 1974 at the battlefield of Oudong Mean Chey. He confessed that he served enemy in June 1974 and it was the first time for him to involve in fighting. He was so seriously injured when he was captured. He said he did not volunteer to do so, but the village chief appointed him as a militia and sent to commune, from commune to district and from district to region. After that he was sent to the place where he believed he could learn. For instead, it was the place where he was instructed and equipped with gun then sent to battalion ៈ13. In July 7, 1974 the enemy sent the unit to launch an attack on the position of national army in Oudong Meanchey.
ម៉ា ម៉េន អាយុ១៤ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនដោយកងទ័ពជាតិកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅសមរភូមិឧត្ដុងមានជ័យ។ ប្រភពភបានឆ្លើយ ថាខ្លួនបានចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងនៅខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហើយទើបតែមក ប្រយុទ្ធក្នុងសមរភូមិនៅឧត្ដុងជាលើកដំបូង ហើយត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់ ខ្លួនព្រោះខ្លួនត្រូវរបួសជាទម្ងន់។ ប្រភពឱ្យដឹងទៀតថាខ្លួនមិនបានបម្រើ ខ្មាំងដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដទេគឺប្រធានភូមិបានចុះឈ្មោះប្រភពឱ្យធ្វើឈ្លប ហើយបញ្ជូនទៅសង្កាត់ ពីសង្កាត់ទៅស្រុក ពីស្រុកទៅតំបន់ ដោយ ចេញពីតំបន់គេប្រាប់ថាឱ្យទៅរៀន តែទីបំផុតកន្លែងអប់រំនោះជាកន្លែង ឆែកកាំភ្លើង ហើយក៏ត្រូវបញ្ជូនទៅកងវរៈសេនាតូច១១៣ លុះដល់ថ្ងៃ ទី៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មាំងក៏បានបព្ជូានកងវរៈសេនាតូចនេះទៅ វាយទីតាំងកងកងទ័ពជាតិនៅឧត្ដុងមានជ័យ។
