On April 18, 1973, 90 Khmer Viet Congs, equipped with one 60 mm gun and three PM-AC guns and under the command of Att Chuon, mobilized in Tituy at VT 663-814, Sangkat Tuol Prech, Ang Snuol district Oudong Meanchey province. Those enemies attempted to operate in the that region.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រមាណ៩០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធដូចជាកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់៦០មីលីម៉ែត្រ ១ដើម, អែហ្វអឹម-អាសេ ៣ដើម, ប៉េអឹម-អាសេ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អាត់-ជួន បានចូលមកផ្ដុំទ័ពនៅភូមិទីទុយ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៦៦៣-៨១៤ សង្កាត់ទួលពេ្រច ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដឧដុង្គមានជ័យ។ ខ្មាំងទាំងនេះ មានបំណងធ្វើចលនានៅក្នុងតំបន់នោះ ។
