A source reported that on May 24, 1973, about 200 Khmer Rebel Armed Forces, moved from Prek Po village toward Chey Thom village at WT 118-954, 120-953 and Ka Ties village at WT 130-952, 129-952 in Roka Chon Loeng sub-district, Khsach Kandal district, Vihear Suor province. They attempted to attack National Army Bases at bridges in Vihear Suor province shortly thereafter.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានធើ្វចលនា ចេញពីព្រែកពោធិ៍ រួចចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិជ័យធំ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ១១៨-៩៥៤, ១២០-៩៥៣ ភូមិកាទាស់ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៣០-៩៥២, ១២៩-៩៥២ ក្នុងសង្កាត់រកាជនឹ្លង ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមថា កោលបំណងរបស់ខ្មាំង គឺប្រុង វាយប្រហារទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិដែល ប្រចាំនៅតាមស្ពាននានាក្នុងខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌ ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។
