On May 20, 1973, Viet Cong Rebel collected food in Balang and Baray villages and transported it 2 tractor and one truck to a storage facility in a concrete house at WU136-803, in Sangkat Balang, Baray district, Kampong Thom province. They later attempted to transported the food to Kratie province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពួកយួនយៀកកុងបានធើ្វសកម្មភាពប្រមូលស្បៀងនៅភូមិបាឡាំង និងបារាយណ៍ ដោយដឹកជញ្ជូនតាមត្រាក់ទ័រ២គ្រឿង និងឡានធំ១គ្រឿងយកទៅទុកនៅក្នុងផ្ទះថ្មមួយត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ១៣៦-៨០៣ សង្កាត់បាឡាំង ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើមានបំណងដឹកស្បៀង ទាំងនោះយកទៅខេត្ដក្រចេះ នាពេលខាងមុខ។
