Saing Moeung, worker of textile factory T-2, confessed that Phy, worker of textile factory T-2, was a Free Khmer network of second lieutenant Man, and he was responsible for spying on Khmer Rouge. After the liberation, Phy received the plot from Uy Latt to destroy weaving machine in factory T-2.
សាំង មឿង កម្មករតម្បាញ ត-២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ភី កម្មករ តម្បាញ ត-២ ថាៈ ជាខ្មែរសេរីរបស់សក្ដិ ១ ម៉ន មានភារៈកិច្ច តាមដានខ្មែរក្រហម។ ក្រោយរំដោះទទួលផែនការពី អ៊ុយ ឡាត់ អោយបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីនតម្បាញ ត-២។
