Saing Moeung, worker of textile factory T-2, confessed that Phav Rong, worker of textile factory T-2, was a spy of major Peou Sipho. Rong was assigned to hide himself into the factories in order to spy on Khmer Rouge. After the liberation, Phav Rong received the plot from Tiv Chhiv Ky to destroy loom in textile factory T-2.
សាំង មឿង កម្មករតម្បាញ ត-២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ផាវ រ៉ុង កម្មករ តម្បាញ ត-២ ថាៈ ជាគិញរបស់សក្ដិ ៤ ពៅ ស៊ីផូ បានចាត់តាំង អោយបង្កប់នៅរោងចក្រនានាដើម្បីតាមដានខ្មែរក្រហម។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ផាវ រ៉ុង ទទួលផែនការពី ទីវ ឈីវគី អោយបំផ្លាញ កីតម្បាញនៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-២។
