A source reported that on May 26, 1973, about 200 Khmer Rebels under the command of Lay, and equipped with assorted guns, set up shelter at VT 657-575 in Krab Bay village, Sangkat Veal, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. The source added that they dug 13 trenches in Sangkat Veal, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ២០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ឡាយ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ ប្រភេទបានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅភូមិគ្រាប់បាយ ្រតង់វ៉េតេ ៦៥៧-៥៧៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់វាល ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ប្រភពបាន បន្ថែមថា ខ្មាំងបានជីកលេណដ្ឋាន១៣កន្លែង នៅក្នុងសង្កាត់វាល ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។
