On May 26, 1973, about 200 Khmer Viet Congs under the command of Talay, and equipped with PM-AC, FM-AC, M-79, B-40, AR-15 guns, 60mm mortar and C-25, walkie-talkies, came to construct shelters in Krab Bay village VT 657-575, Sangkat Veal, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. They ordered Teb and residents of Veal commune to construct huts and head quarters, and trenches for them immediately.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ២០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ តា ឡាយ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ, អេហ្វអ៊ឹម-អាសេ, អ៊ឹម-៧៩, បេ-៤០, អាអ៊ា-១៥, ម៉ក់ផេរ៦០មម, ប៉ុស្ដិ៍វិទ្យុ, សេ-២៥មួយគ្រឿងបានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅភូមិគ្រាប់បាយ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៦៥៧-៥៧៥ សង្កាត់វាល ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ពួកខ្មាំងទាំងនោះបានដាក់បញ្ជាឱ្យ ឈ្មោះ តឹប ព្រមទាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងឃុំវាលទាំងអស់ឱ្យធើ្វរោងជីក លេណដ្ឋាន និងធើ្វទីស្នាក់ការអោយពួកគេជាបន្ទាន់។
