On May 10, 1974, Mao Rasy, 20 years-old, Laotian national, left Ou Bun province in Thailand to Petches Bun province to work on farming.
On August 18, 1974, he/she was arrested by the commander of war sub-region military operation 3 for illegally crossing border and for being suspected of enemies secret agent. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ម៉ៅ រ៉ាស៊ី ជាតិលាវអាយុ៣០បានមកពីខេត្ដឧប៊ុន ប្រទេសថៃ មកកាន់ខេត្ដផិតឆះប៊ុន ដើម្បីប្រកបរបរ ធើ្វស្រែ។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ឈ្មោះនេះត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនដោយមេបញ្ជការ មណ្ឌលប្រតិបតិ្ដការសឹកលេខ៣ ពីបទលួចឆ្លងដែន និងសង្ស័យថាជាភ្នាក់ងាររបស់ខ្មាំង។
