On December 12, 1974, Yoeung Yang Song, a Vietnamese migrant, living in Koh Krabao village, Prek Krabao sub-district, Prey Veng province, was arrested by national soldiers in battalion 379 in Neak Loeung sub-district for having no ID card.
He confessed that he was too busy in business that he didn't have a chance to apply for ID card. អណិកជនវៀតណាមម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ យឿង យ៉ាំងសុង នៅភូមិកោះក្របៅសង្កាត់ព្រែកក្របៅ ស្រុកពាមជរ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពជាតិនៃកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៣៧៩ ប្រចាំការនៅអ្នកលឿងក្រោម ចាប់ខ្លួនបានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ព្រោះចោទពីបទសង្ស័យ និងគ្មាន អត្ដសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណសម្គាល់ខ្លួន។ ក្រោយពីសួរចម្លើយជនជាតិវៀត-ណាមនោះបានសារភាពថាមកពីខ្លួនទីទាល់ក្រពេក រវល់តែរកស៊ីចិពាឹ្ចម ជីវិតទើបបណ្ដាលអោយភេ្លចធើ្វអត្ដសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណ។
