Hean Luok, Khmer national, 35 years-old, was arrested
by national brigade for being suspected of taking copper from ammunition factory. He said that the piece of copper belonged to the 2 men who hitched a ride with him from Teksab and they forgot it in his truck. ហ៊ាន លក់ ជាតិខ្មែរអាយុ៣៥ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនដោយកងពលតូចបញ្ជូនសារពីបទសង្ស័យថា បានលួចដុំស្ពាន់ពីកន្លែងធើ្វគ្រាប់សឹ្ទងច្រាល។ សាម៉ីជនបានឆើ្លយថាស្ពាន់១ដុំនោះ មិនមែនជារបស់ខ្លួនទេ តែវាជារបស់ទាហ៊ាន២នាក់ មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះដែលសុំរថយន្ដខ្លួនជិះពីទឹកសាបមក ហើយភេ្លចនៅពេលចុះពីរថយន្ដ។
