Sun Say was arrested by paratroops ៈ1 in February 18, 1971 at Wat Phar, Tuol Prich sub-district, Ang Snuol district and accused of being the messenger
of Viet Cong. He used to serve in Viet Cong movement in February 7, 1971, under the command of Chim who stood by in Khna village. Sun Say was brought to a court for trial after he had confessed that he used to serve Viet Cong movement as a messenger. Moreover, he also told us the truth that enemy had burried a big busket of small size bullets in the forest near Bodhi Lake about 500 metres Northern of Lun Heng village and he also suspected that there would be a lot of bullets which they had hiden in Trapeang Rorvea. In this village, there were 200 liberation forces equipped with mortar shell-66mm and their commander was Oeun. ស៊ុន សយ ត្រូវបានកងទ័ពឆ័ត្រយោងទី១ ចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ នៅវត្ដផ្អ សង្កាត់ទួលព្រិច ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ពីបទចូលបម្រើយៀកកុងក្នុងឋានៈជាអ្នកនាំសារ។ វាបានចូលបម្រើក្នុង ចលនាយៀកកុងនៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ជឹម ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅភូមិខ្នា។ ជននេះត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅតុលាការ ដើម្បីវិនិច្ឆ័យទោសបន្ទាប់ពីវាបានសារភាពថាបានបម្រើយៀកកុង ក្នុងឋានៈជានិសារ។ ជននេះបានរាយការណ៍ទៀតថាខ្មាំងមានកប់គ្រាប់ ធុនតូច១ កពោ្ជានៅបឹងដើមពោធិ ក្នុងព្រៃខាងជើងភូមិលំហែង ចំងាយ ៥០០ម ហើយវាសង្ស័យថាមានលាក់គ្រាប់ច្រើនទៀត នៅក្នុងភ្នំ ត្រពាំងរវា។ នៅក្នុងភូមិនេះមានកងរំដោះ២០០នាក់ប្រដាប់ដោយ អាវុធមានកាំភើ្លងត្បាល់៦០មមផងហើយមេបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អឿន។
