On October 16, 1974, Kleng Suy, 18 years old, was arrested by Oudong Meanchey war sub-region for serving opponents. On October 25, 1974, he was sent to General Staff and he denied his confession made in the office in Oudong Meanchey war sub-region because he was threatened to answer.
