On October 8, 1973, military hospital 701 sent Un Sem to the 2nd Bureau of National Khmer General Staff. This man gambled and quarreled with another. As a result, he was seriously wounded and sent to hospital 701. As for the perpetrator, he has escaped.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មនី្ទរពេទ្យយោធា៧០១បាន ប្រគល់ជនម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុន សែម មកអោយការិយាល័យទី២ នៃអគ្គ សេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរៈជាតិ។ ឈ្មោះនេះបានលេងអាប៉ោង ហើយមានការឈ្លោសគ្នា ដែលនាំអោយជនម្នាក់មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះបាញ់ អោយរបួសជាទម្ងន់ ហើយជនដៃដល់នោះគេចខ្លួនបាត់ទៅ។ បន្ទាប់មកកងទ័ពនៅកំពង់កន្ដួត បាននាំជនរងគ្រោះនេះទៅមនី្ទរពេទ្យយោធា ៧០១។
