កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On April 24, 1974, six people who had just escaped from the enemy's occupied to Tachriech and Samrong village, Sangkat Ti Po of Santuk district, Kampong Thom province, came to live in Balang Factory. They managed to escape with 14 water buffaloes and 16 cows. Their names were Chann Khan, Seng El, Pen Run, Ut Van, Yoem Put and Sek Phon.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចំនួន៦នាក់ដែលទើបតែភៀសខ្លួនចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងដែលមានទីតាំងនៅភូមិតាជ្រៀជនិងសំរោង សង្កាត់ទីពោធិ៍ ស្រុកសន្ទុក ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ មករស់នៅរោងចក្របល្ល័ង្គនោះ បានលួចរត់ទៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងវិញ ដោយនាំយកទៅជាមួយនូវក្របី១៤ក្បាល និងគោ១៦ក្បាល។ ជនទាំងនោះមានឈ្មោះ ចន្ទ ខន, សេង អែល, ប៉ែន រុន, អ៊ុត វ៉ន, យឹម ពុត និងសែក ជុន។
