Kong Phat, a sub-district chief, living in Prek Chrey sub-district, Peam Ro district, Prey Veng province, was arrested while climbing up the monastery of the abbot in Prek Khsay pagoda, which was located in Peam Ro district, for using gun without permission and for violation of the authority in charge of war sub-region in Ba Phnom district.
គង់ ផាត់ ជាចៅសង្កាត់ព្រែកជ្រៃ ស្រុកពាមរក៍ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន នៅពេលដែលខ្លួនកំពុងដើរឡើងទៅលើកុដ្ឋលោកគ្រូចៅអធិការវត្ដព្រែកខ្សាយ ស្រុកពាមរក៍ ពីបទកាន់កាំភើ្លងដោយឥតច្បាប់ទម្លាប់ និងរំលោភលើអាជ្ញាធរផ្នែកសឹករងបាភ្នំ។
