According to a source, there were 3 suspected people: Troeung Leang Yee, Phuong Kong and Chhor Tong who stayed at Lux Hotel. After realising this situation, we sent agents of office ៈ2 of National General Staff under the command of Lieutenant Heng Vany to that hotel. The agents checked those people and found 2nd Lieutenant Lim Kri and Yieng Phann. After that, we sent those people to the office for being questioned. According to their answers, there were only two verdicts: Troeung Leang Yee and Chhor Tong. Yee was accused of providing evidence to Viet Cong. Because when he came to Phnom Penh he never informed the authority, but he informed the Viet Cong committee. Chhor was suspected to be an accomplice to Leang Yee. Lim Kri was released for there was no evidence.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់អោយដឹងថា មានជនសង្ស័យថាជាភ្នាក់ងារយៀកកុង៣រូប មានឈ្មោះ ទ្រឿង លាងយី, ភួង គង់ និង ឈរ តុង ស្នាក់នៅក្នុង សណ្ឋាគារលុច្ស។ បន្ទាប់ពីបានបញ្ជូនភ្នាក់ងាររបស់ការិយាល័យទី២ នៃអគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទក្រោមបញ្ជាការ លោអនុសេនីយទោ ហេង វ៉ានី្ន អោយទៅអពោី្ជញជនទាំងបីនាក់ នោះមក ហើយភ្នាក់ងារ នោះបានពិនិត្យលិខិតសម្គាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ជន ទាំងនោះឃើញមានឈ្មោះ លឹម គ្រី និងអនុសេនីយត្រីយៀង ផាន់ បន្ថែមទៀត។ បន្ទាប់មកភ្នាក់ងារនោះបានអពោី្ជញជនទាំងនោះមកកាន់ ការិយាល័យដើម្បីសួរចំលើយ។ ឆ្លងតាមការសួរចម្លើយ ទើប ដឹងថា ជនដែលត្រូវជាប់ចោទមាន២រូបគឺៈ
១. ឈ្មោះ ទ្រឿង លាងយី ជាប់ភិរុទ្ធទៅលើការលួចផ្ដល់ភស្ដុតាង អោយយៀកកុង ព្រោះពេលដែលមកភ្នំពេញម្ដងៗមិនដែលប្រាប់ដល់ អាជ្ញាធរណាសោះ ហើយម្យ៉ាងទៀតឈ្មោះនេះបែរជាសុំការអនុញ្ញាតិ ពីឈ្មោះ ស្រី សាន ជាគណៈកម្មការយៀកកុងទៅវិញ។ ២. ឈ្មោះ ឈរ តុង ត្រូវជាប់សង្ស័យពីការរួមគំនិតជាមួយឈ្មោះ ទ្រឿង លាងយី។ ចំណែកឈ្មោះ លឹម គ្រី ត្រូវបានដោះលែងវិញ ព្រោះឃើញមានចំនុចណាមួយដែលគួរអោយសង្ស័យទាល់តែសោះ។ |
