On May 2, 1971, combatant at Prek Tameak marina arrested Keo Vorn and Chin Sien, the boat owners, and also kept goods and 2 boats as a proof. After they inspected the boat, they found some goods which were smuggled.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពួកយុទ្ធជនដែលនៅប្រចាំការនៅកំពង់ផែព្រែកតាមាក់ បានឃាត់ទូកកាណូតចំនួនពីរគ្រឿង ដើម្បីឆែកឆេរក្រោយពីការឆែកឆេពួកគេបានពិនិត្យឃើញមានទំនិញដែលគេចគយមានចំនួនច្រើន។ ក្នុងពេលនោះពួកគេក៏បានឃាត់ម្ចាស់កាណូតឈ្មោះ កែវវ៉ន និង ជិន សៀន និង កាណូតទាំងពីររួមទាំងឥវ៉ាន់ផងដើម្បីទុកជាវត្ថុតាង។
