Troeung Leang Yi who lived in Kratie and always brought precious stones to sell in Phnom Penh was arrested by office ៈ2 of National General Staff. He was accused of entering Phnom Penh without any information to the authority. He also brought with him 2 packs of precious stones. Chhor Tong also was arrested with Yi, because they came to Phnom Penh and stayed together, but infact they lived in different provinces.
ទ្រឿង លាងយី ជាអ្នកយកត្បូងមកលក់នៅភ្នំពេញ ហើយរស់នៅក្នុង ខេត្ដក្រចេះ។ ជននេះត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនដោយការិយាល័យទី២ អគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរៈជាតិពីបទលួចចូលមកភ្នំពេញ២ដង ដោយមិនបានប្រាប់ដល់អាជ្ញាធរក្រសួងណាមួយ ព្រមទាំងមានត្បូងដែលមិនទាន់ច្នៃចំនួន២កញ្ចប់ផង។ ចំណែកឯឈ្មោះ ឈរ តុង ត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនជាមួយ ឈ្មោះទ្រឿង លាងយី ដែរព្រោះស្នាក់នៅក្នុងសណ្ឋាគារជាមួយគ្នា ហើយស្របពេលមកភ្នំពេញជាមួយគ្នាទៀត។ ប៉ុន្ដែអ្នកទាំងពីររស់នៅ ខេត្ដខុសគ្នា។
