កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ១៩៧១ ម៉ោង៩ព្រឹក កងវរសេនាតូច១០៣ យើងបានចេញទៅប្រតិបតិ្ដការ ហើយចាប់បានជនសង្ស័យម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ប៊ិន ឡុង ហើយត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅអគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរៈជាតិ។
