Heng Siv Binh, 31 years old, Chinese National, was arrested and interrogated. He denied that he had ever
conspired against the Government served the Viet Cong. ឈ្មោះ ហេង ស៊ីវ ប៊ិញ អាយុ៣១ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិចិន ត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់យកមកសួរចម្លើយពីបទជាប់ទាក់ទងជាមួយខ្មាំង។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបាន ឆើ្លយបដិសេធន៍ថា មិនបានចូលដៃជើងធើ្វការបម្រើយួនយៀកកុងទេ។
