Kay Heang said that Nam Long, a Vietnamese national, came to Poun Phnom village and persuade people to consolidate to help king Sihanuk return to power. Then he appointed Sao Nach the chief of the village, who was in charge of food for Viet Cong soldiers whenever they entered the village.
កយ ហ៊ាង បានអោយដឹងថាឈ្មោះ ណាម ឡុង ជាតិយួនបានចូលមកភូមិពូនភ្នំ ហើយបានអប់រំអ្នកភូមិអោយសាមគី្គ ដើម្បីជួយអោយសមេ្ដចឪ វិលមកដឹកនាំស្រុកខ្មែរវិញ។ បន្ទាប់មក ណាម ឡុង បាន តែង តាំងគណៈកម្មការភូមិពូនភ្នំ ដែលមានឈ្មោះ សៅ លាច ជាប្រធានដើម្បីអោយទទួលខុសត្រូវបាយទឹក សម្រាប់ពួកវានៅពេល ដែលពួកវាចូលមក ក្នុងភូមិនៅពេលយប់ឬថ្ងៃ។
