Hem Ven, Khmer Communist combatant in Group 1, Company 34, Battalion 13, Regiment 2, was arrested in July 6, 1974 on a battlefield, East of Psadek pagoda in Oudong Meanchey province by Armoured Division 7 which was operating.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ កងរថក្រោះនៃកងពលធំទី៧ ចេញប្រតិបត្ដិការណ៍សឹកចាប់បានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ហែម វែន ព្រមទាំងអាវុធនៅលើលានប្រយុទ្ធខាងកើតផ្សាដែក ខេត្ដឧដុង្គមានជ័យ-។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងក្រុមទី១ កងអនុសេ នាធំទី៣៤ កងវរៈទី១៣ នៃកងវរសេនាធំទី២។
