On January 3, 1974, Captain Suon Mong, interrogated Mom Ya, a Khmer Communist combatant, who was arrested fighting at Kob Srov on January 20, 1974. Mom Ya, confessed that he had served in the Khmer Communist Movement since May 10, 1973, as a combatant and had fought the National Army on ten occasions.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អនុសេនីយ៍ឯក សួន ម៉ុង បានសួរចម្លើយឈ្មោះ មុំ យា ជាជនបម្រើកុម្មុយនីស្ដ និងត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនដោយកងទ័ពជាតិកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅលើទី លានប្រយុទ្ធកប់ស្រូវ។ ជននេះសារភាពថា ខ្លួនពិតជាបានបម្រើខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដមែន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជន ហើយធ្លាប់បានប្រយុទ្ធ១០លើក ជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិ។
