On August 23, 1974, Penh Nuon came to the 2 nd Bureau of Ba Phnom war action to report that Meas Penh was an enemy spy because he cource, [Penh Nuon], saw Meas Penh, travelling to enemy-occupied region 25 and a group of communist Khmers, guided by Meas Penh, taking 8 guns from Piem Reang commune.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានជនម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន នួន -បានមកកាន់ការិយាល័យទី២ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងបាភ្នំ ដើមី្បរាយការណ៍ ពីឈ្មោះ មាស ពេញ ថាជារនុកក្នុងរបស់ខ្មាំង ព្រោះនាពេលនោះ ប្រភពបានឃើញ មាស ពេញ ធ្វើដំណើរទៅរកតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់ (តំបន់២៥) ហើយបន្ទាប់មកប្រភពក៏បានឃើញខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដមួយ ក្រុមដោយមានការបង្ហាញផ្លូវពីឈ្មោះ មាស ពេញ ផងនោះបានចូល មកលួចកាំភ្លើងសេកាសេអស់៨ដើម នៅក្នុងឃុំពាមរាំង។
