Older uncle Chuon confessed that he was really the president of committee in Tuol Leap village, Prey Puon sub-district, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province. He was appointed by Dik as the Viet Cong Khmer president in November 18, 1971. He added that Dik commanded him to realise the Vietnamese ideology as well as to spread propaganda in order to encourage involvement of people and collective by using varieties of images.
អ៊ុំ ជួន បានសារភាពថាខ្លួនជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការនៅភូមិទួលលាបសង្កាត់ព្រៃពួន ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ពិតប្រាកដមែន ដោយមានឈ្មោះ ឌិក ជាអ្នកតែងតាំងអោយធើ្វជាប្រធានខ្មែរយៀកកុងនៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១។ ជននេះបានបន្ដទៀតថាខ្លួនត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ឌិក បញ្ជាអោយរៃអង្ករ-ប្រាក់អោយអប់រំដល់អ្នកស្រុកអំពី មនោគមន៍វិជ្ជារបស់យួន ព្រមទាំងបញ្ជាអោយដើរឃោសនា និង បំផុសនូវរូបភាពផេ្សងៗដល់ប្រជាជនទៀតផង។
