Summary / Abstract :

Ul Chor who was appointed as chief of plantoon ៈ 3, company ៈ 3 of Battalion 738, mobile forces stoodby in North regjion ៈ 304 in November 5, 1974, defected to the government in November 16, 1974 at the position of Battalion ៈ 49, Brigade ៈ 80, spot ៈ VU 694-154. He also brought with 2 AK-47 and 4 cartridges full of bullets. The subject confessed that he used to serve as secret agent for office ៈ 2 of Kampong Thom military sub region in October 1971. At that time he was arrested and detained for 5 months In July, 1974 the subject served in communist Khmer army in Ta Pau village WV 024-127until he has appointed as unit chief. He confirmed that Battalion ៈ 38 was the new name which was just confirmed when we were assigned to do commision sevice at Anlung Vek in November 5, 1974.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុល ជ ត្រូវតែងតាំងជាប្រធានកងអនុសេតូចលេខ៣ កងអនុសេធំលេខ៣ នៃកងអនុសេនាតូច៧៣៨ ទ័ពចល័តភូមិភាគ ៣០៤ឧត្ដរទិស កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហើយបាន មកសុំសារភាពចុះចូលជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅទីតាំងកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៤៩ កងពលតូចលេខ៨០ ចំនុចវ៉េយូ ៦៩៤-១៥៤ ដោយនាំមកជាមួយនៅអាកា៤៧ពីរដើម និងបង់៤ដែលមានគ្រាប់ពេញ។ សាមុីជនបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្លួនធ្លាប់ធ្វើ ជាភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់របស់ការិយាល័យទី២ នៃផ្នែកសឹករងកំពង់ធំនៅខែ តុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ហើយត្រូវខ្មាំងចាប់បាន ដោយឃុំខ្លួនអស់រយះ ពេល៥ខែទើបដោះលែងមកវិញ។ បន្ទាប់មកនៅខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ប្រភពបានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលបម្រើ ក្នុងជួរទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដនៅភូមិ តាប៉ោង ត្រង់ចំនុចឌុបយូវី ០២៤-១២៧ រហូតដល់មានការតែងតាំង ជាប្រធានកង។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថាកងវរៈសេនាតូច ៧៣៨ គឺជាឈ្មោះថ្មី ដែលទើបតែដាក់នៅពេលដែលត្រូវចេញបំពេញបេសកកម្ម នៅលង្វែក កាលពីថ្ងៃ ទី៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ តាមពិតឈ្មោះដើម គឺកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ ៧៦១ទេ។
