Choeun, a political Chief in unit Kh. 45, Region 23, Sramar zone. On March 18, 1970, he went to serve Viet Cong in Barang forest.
After liberation day , March 18, 1970, he was appointed as commander of a unit in region 23 and took a course on military technology and politics. Moreover, he could read and write Vietnamese. ឈ្មោះ ជឿន មុខងារជាប្រធាននយោបាយ ឃ.៤៥ តំបន់២៣ ក្នុងភូមិភាគស្រម៉ ឌុបយូតេ ៨៧៧-៣៧៦។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះនេះបានទៅនៅជាមួយយួនយៀកកុងនៅព្រៃបារាំង។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះ១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះនេះមាននាទីជាប្រ- ធានវរៈ ទ័ពតំបន់២៣។ ឈ្មោះនេះបានរៀនបចេ្ចកទេសយោធា-នយោបាយ ហើយចេះអាន សរសេរ និងនិយាយភាសាយួនទៀត ផង។
