Suy Kaet, 52, was born in Takeo province, joined a chief of CIA at prison on Jun 21, 1973 through Kin Kean. Suy Kaet convinced prisoners not to believe the revolution and rebelled against the revolution.
ស៊ុយ កើត អាយុ ៥២ឆ្នាំ កំពស់១,៦៥ម៉ែត្រ ស្រុកកំណើត នៅតាកែវ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅគុកធំ នៅថ្ងៃទី២១-៦-១៩៧៣ នាទីប្រធានសេអ៊ីអានៅគុកធំ។ ស៊ុយ កើត ប្រឆាំងនឹងបដិវត្ដន៍ បំផុសអ្នកទោសមិនអោយជឿបដិវត្ដិន៍។
