On March 18, 1974, Chea Pouly alias Satya, a deputy political commissioner
in company 10, battalion 14, regiment 203, was arrested at WT:267-578,in the West of national road 1, while he was on guard in a trench. ជា ប៉ូលី ហៅ សត្យា ជាស្នងការនយោបាយរងកងអនុសេនាធំ លេខ១០ កងវរលេខ១៤ វរសេនាធំ១២៨ ភូមិភាគ២០៣ ត្រូវបាន ចាប់ ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅខាងត្បូងឆៀងខាងលិច បឹដីដុះ សង្កាត់សំរោងធំ និងខាងលិចថ្នល់ជាតិលេខ១ ត្រង់ចំនុច ដុបឡាវេតេៈ ២៦៧-៥៧៨ ក្នុងពេលកំពុងត្រៀមក្នុងលានដ្ឋាន។
